By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the kiriya44 platform located at kiriya44.net (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Member", or "You") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. Together, these documents constitute the complete agreement between you and kiriya44 ("We", "Us", or "kiriya44").

Your acceptance of these Terms is signified by any one or more of the following actions: (a) completing the kiriya44 account registration process; (b) clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox presented during registration or promotion opt-in; (c) logging into your existing kiriya44 account after a material update to these Terms has been announced; or (d) placing any wager, making any deposit, or claiming any bonus on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an active account, contact the kiriya44 support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the kiriya44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kiriya44 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, access any game, place any wager, or claim any bonus. This restriction applies absolutely and without exception.

kiriya44 reserves the right to request proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of payment method ownership from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the kiriya44 support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

kiriya44 employs automated and manual age-verification processes. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the verified source payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.

To access the full range of kiriya44 services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active kiriya44 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

• Two-factor authentication. kiriya44 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP for all accounts. kiriya44 strongly recommends that all Members enable 2FA to protect their account against unauthorised access.

kiriya44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time, including but not limited to: (a) when a withdrawal request is submitted; (b) when a bonus is claimed; (c) when account activity triggers an internal security review; or (d) as required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

kiriya44 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified accounts that submit withdrawal requests before 22:00 BST (UTC+6) will have their requests processed on the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed on the following business day.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless kiriya44 support has explicitly approved an alternative method in writing. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). kiriya44 does not accept or distribute funds in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposit limits: kiriya44 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming controls. Members may request personalised deposit limits by contacting the support team at [email protected].
• Third-party payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. kiriya44 reserves the right to void any transaction and suspend any account where a third-party payment is identified.

kiriya44 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, network outages, or bank processing times once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the kiriya44 platform. In the event of a disputed transaction, Members should first contact the kiriya44 support team before raising a dispute with their payment provider.

kiriya44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements. All deposit bonuses and free-spin awards carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

• VIP Club bonuses. Bonuses awarded through the kiriya44 VIP Club programme are subject to the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page, in addition to these general bonus terms.

kiriya44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the kiriya44 Platform, including sports betting markets, casino games, live casino tables, and fishing games:

• Sufficient balance. A wager will only be accepted if your account balance at the time of placement is sufficient to cover the full stake amount. kiriya44 does not offer credit betting under any circumstances.
• Wager finality. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except where the relevant game rules or sports betting rules specifically permit in-play cash-out. kiriya44 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error due to a system malfunction or manifest pricing error.
• Sports betting markets. • Technical errors. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, kiriya44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Member's account. kiriya44 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kiriya44 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance withheld pending investigation, and any winnings voided:

• Registering or operating more than one kiriya44 account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth or identity documents.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to place wagers, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected glitch must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Failure to report and continued exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Engaging in charge-back abuse by disputing legitimate and correctly processed transactions with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming value on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiriya44 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.

kiriya44 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, kiriya44 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and provide all account information requested pursuant to a lawful order.

kiriya44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by the support team.
• Determination that the Member is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Receipt of a charge-back from the Member's payment provider in respect of a deposit previously credited to the account.
• Request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for a continuous period of 12 months or more).

Voluntary account closure. Any Member may request to close their kiriya44 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, kiriya44 will process any eligible pending withdrawal balance to the Member's verified payment method and close the account within 5 business days. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-exclusion. Members who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion may request a temporary self-exclusion (30, 90, or 180 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Dormant accounts. Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kiriya44 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder by email before applying any dormancy handling process. Any applicable dormancy procedures will be communicated to the Member prior to implementation.

All content appearing on the kiriya44 Platform — including but not limited to the kiriya44 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, written content, game interfaces, software code, and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of kiriya44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kiriya44 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use the kiriya44 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written consent from kiriya44.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information, game outcomes, sports results, odds, or content published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including maintenance windows, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment service providers, or telecommunications carriers whose services are integrated into or accessed via the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security or device security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kiriya44's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by kiriya44's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by kiriya44; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kiriya44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. kiriya44 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

kiriya44 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, kiriya44 collects personal data necessary to: (a) register and maintain your account; (b) process deposits and withdrawals; (c) verify your age and identity; (d) comply with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations; (e) deliver personalised promotional communications where you have opted in; and (f) improve the Platform's functionality and security.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of any party — may be made without specific notification, although the "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.
